THE CHANGE, THE FLAME, SAMENESS

Sameness is an exploration of the body in the private domain. Using excerpts from the poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke, the words The Change, The Flame and Sameness look at the repetition of daily tasks and habits during the change provoking times of Covid-19. Drawing on Film Noir style, the photographs invite the consideration of the global events such as pandemic and BLM protests that have led us to adapt our ways of living and thinking and therefore our daily routines.
